At the moment we operate exclusively online and do not have any physical stores. Our entire collection is available for purchase through our website, providing a convenient and seamless shopping experience.

Our size guides are available in inches and can be located on our product pages just below the description of each piece on the product page.
2. Is it possible to change the shipping address for my order once it has been placed?
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to adjust the shipping address. While we cannot guarantee the ability to change the address after an order is placed, we’re more than happy to try and accommodate your request.

4. Order Status & Shipping methods
Local orders are delivered between 7 to 12 days (kindly note that during busy seasons timings may differ).
International orders are shipped through DHL 110 QR charges. Order takes 2 to 3 weeks (depending on season timings).

** Please note that all SALE orders may take longer than usual to process and deliver
5. Refunds & Exchange
We do not offer refunds, however we do offer exchanges depending on the status of the order situation. Orders that are received from the customer cannot be refunded or altered after 4 days or more.
All refund requests are processed within 7 to 14 days.
